Free Online Games with a Virtual Coin and No Money

What Domino Coin is, where it comes from and why it can never be bought or exchanged for money; how fair play is protected, and how to play with friends, on your phone too.

When you search for “online games”, the results are often full of sites where people play for money. tamashebi.cc is not one of them and never will be. Here nardi, Joker, Japanese Joker, domino and Bura are free to play, and the only coin that exists on the site is virtual. This article explains plainly what that coin is, where it comes from, what you cannot do with it and how we make sure the games are honest. The short answer: people play here for fun, with friends and by Georgian rules — not for money. There is nothing to pay in and nothing to take out.

What Domino Coin is

Domino Coin is a virtual in-game coin. It is not money, cannot be exchanged for money and means nothing outside the platform. Coins are needed only for coin tables and some tournaments; every game can be played without coins at a free table. When you sit down at a coin table, your coins are not spent straight away: once both seats are filled, they are “locked” — still shown in your balance, but not usable at another table — and if the match does not start, they are released again. Every change to your coins is recorded, and the history is shown on the wallet page.

Where coins come from

  • Starter coins — credited once, when you create an account. A temporary guest account does not get them.
  • “Earn Coin” — a small game for earning coins, especially handy when you have run out. The screen shows one tile and seven face-down ones; you pick one. If its total is higher, you receive coins; if it is equal, fewer; if it is lower, nothing — but you lose nothing either. The number of tries per day is limited, with a pause between them.
  • Daily challenges — new small goals every day; the coins are credited when the match that completes the challenge finishes. The server, not the browser, decides the size of the reward, so it cannot be faked.
  • Achievements — a one-off reward for reaching a milestone; the same achievement never pays out twice.
  • Inviting a friend — you both receive coins, but only after the person you invited has actually played a few matches.
  • Tournaments and coin tables — here too, the reward is only ever virtual coins.

At a coin table both players put in the same number of coins, and the winner of the match receives the whole pot. The site takes no commission: what one player loses, the other gains. If a match cannot be finished fairly, both players get their coins back. A coin table is always optional: when you create a table you decide whether it is free or uses coins, and how many coins go in — only from the amounts the site offers and that your balance covers. Playing domino against the bot is always free.

What you cannot do

  • Buy coins — there is no payment form on the site at all: not by card, not in any other way.
  • Exchange coins for money or “cash them out” — money does not move in either direction. However many coins you collect, they mean nothing outside the site.
  • Give coins to another player — there is no such feature on the site, so trading coins is impossible too.
  • Top up an account or play for real money — not now, and not in the planned Bura and Seka either.

If anyone offers to buy, sell or exchange Domino Coin for money, it is not tamashebi.cc. Don’t trust such offers, and never share your password with anyone.

Fair play

  • A free game is only worth playing if it is honest. That is why everything that affects the outcome is done by the server, not by your browser.
  • The server shuffles the tiles and cards before the game starts. In nardi the server also rolls the dice, and both players see the same numbers.
  • Each player receives only their own hand — the opponent’s tiles and cards are never sent to the browser at all, so there is no trick that could reveal them.
  • The server checks every move and calculates the points and the match score itself. An illegal move is simply not carried out.
  • If the connection drops, the game state stays on the server, and when you come back you continue from the same position.
  • The bot plays with the same information as a person: it cannot see your tiles, and the order of the face-down boneyard tiles is as unknown to it as it is to you.
  • A finished ranked match changes your rating exactly once, and a coin match is settled once — reconnecting or repeating a request cannot make it pay out twice.
  • All of this is described in detail on the Fair play page.

With friends and on your phone

To play with a friend, create a table in the game you want, copy the link and send it through any messenger — with a password if you like. Your friend opens the link and takes a seat, even as a guest, without signing up. For domino and nardi one friend is enough, for Joker you need three, for Japanese Joker one. If no friend is around, you can find a live opponent in the lobby — at public tables or through quick play. Every game works in a phone browser, on Android and iPhone alike. There is no app to download; if you like, you can add the site to your home screen and it will open just like an ordinary app.

Playing responsibly

No money is involved here, but games still take time. Enjoy them, take a break when you get tired, and don’t try to “win back” lost coins one match after another — the coins are virtual, but your time is real. For parents: no payments can be made on the site, so a child cannot spend money here, and virtual coins lost at a coin table can be earned back through play. Nardi, Joker and domino have brought generations together in Georgian families — and online, too, they are best played with friends and family.
