Contact — How to Reach Us
A bug, a question about the rules, a player’s behaviour or an idea — write to us with the form at the bottom of this page or by email. Here is what to include so we can sort it out quickly.
We want to know what does not work, what is unclear and what you like. Write to us with the form at the bottom of this page — the contact email address is given right there too.
What you can write to us about
- A bug — something does not load, a button does not respond, a score looks wrong or a game got stuck.
- A question about the rules — why a move was not allowed, how a hand was scored, what a term means.
- A player’s behaviour — insults, a fixed match, playing on someone else’s account or anything else that breaks the rules. There is no separate “report” button on the site, so a message is the way to do it.
- Your account and data — trouble signing in, or a question about what we keep.
- An idea — a game or a feature you would like to see added.
What to include so we can help quickly
- Your name on the site and the game where it happened.
- Roughly when — the date and time.
- Which device and browser you were using, for example: Android, Chrome.
- What happened and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps a lot.
- When reporting a player — their name and, if possible, a link to the match.
We will never ask for your password, so do not put it in a message. We do not offer anyone to buy Domino Coin or exchange it for money — if someone offers that in our name, it is not us.
When we reply
We read every message and try to reply within a few days. Fixing a bug sometimes takes longer, but a well-described problem is always solved faster.
You may find the answer before you write: the rules, terms and common questions are on each game’s page and in the articles, and how we keep play fair has a page of its own.
